Hi, I’m Sarah.

For most of my life, I wore the masks.

I was the caregiver, the workaholic, the fixer, the people-pleaser. I pushed through exhaustion, silenced my own needs, and kept showing up for everyone else — until my body, mind, and spirit finally broke down.

Losing my dad in my arms.
Caring for my mom for over a decade.
Breast cancer, chemo, and a mastectomy.
Toxic relationships, addiction, heartbreak, burnout, reinvention.

Each moment cracked me open in ways I never could have imagined.

There were nights I didn’t think I’d rise again. But I did.

Not because of a single “aha” moment, but because I learned how to slowly — and stubbornly — rewire my mind, heal my body, and reconnect with my soul.

✨ Science gave me the tools. Creativity gave me freedom. My soul gave me purpose.

And now, it’s my deepest calling to help other women do the same.
